Creditors don't have my SOA yet

I have contacted some of my creditors today, and they have been given a payplan number but not a SOA or any details of a repayment plan.
Is this normal, do I have to send these things out myself?

the soa goes to creditors along with the payment proposal once u have made 1st payment .. if u havent made 1st payment yet i wouldnt worry about it it will be forwarded to them once payment is made...
Payplan make initial contact with creditors to obtain current balances until they have this they cant give an accurate repayment plan...so if your creditors have been contacted and given the Payplan ID i would think u are in the 1st step of the process ....
