hi there, sorry if this is a long one but would appreiciate any help, please be kind am a newbie :) Hubby left his previous employer last month 25th May to work for a new firm. He gave full 4 weeks notice and worked this (as according to the terms of his contract) to his manager, but his office failed to let head office…

I work for one of the largest retailers and they pay you 3 weeks in advance. It's so stupid, I don't understand why they do it but they do. I'm leaving and have had to sort everything out as I don't want the same thing to happen.
