Im having trouble trying to Get information from Black Horse Finance
i took a loan out which was payed off in full and destroyed all paperwork.
However i do believe i was misold PPI and since then i have contacted them asking for the account Information which they keep refusing to give
surely under the credit act they should not keep this Information from me
how do i get the Information from them for my PPi Claim???

What info do you need ?
Do you mean account number ?

Try leaving the account number but fill in your other details correctly, i tried this and eventually got the refund.

Just leave it blank or have you been toldyou need either of them 2.

The form i filled in ( albeit my claim was with mbna ) asked for an account number but i couldnt find it yet i still got the ppi cheque.

Really ??? even if you dont put Account Information on it how do they find out
about the requested ppi claim
