HSBC Graduate Loan

Hi All,

I took out a graduate loan from HSBC in 2006. At the time the they had an offer on whereby the interest on the loan would be paid back to me once the loan had been paid off. The loan is due to end in September, I contacted HSBC who asked me to come into the branch with my loan agreement form. The problem is I cannot find it. Does anyone know what I can do from here? Will they refuse to pay me the money?

Any help would be appreciated
