need advice

Hi i'm with CCCS who are Very good, just a question. I had a debt with MBNA, who passed it on to Global Arrow - Wescot.(are they the same people ?) Now Wescot say they are no longer dealing with it and to stop paying them. I've had no letter from MBNA or any other company it's been about 3 months. I called Wescot and they say to ring MBNA. Shall i wait for a letter or ring them ?? I've checked my credit report and it States that MBNA Defult - Satisfied (defulted 30-1-07) ... Global Arrow Defult - and the amount (defulted 29-12-06). Nothing about Wescot ??
Help please need all the help i can get.

I've had this a couple of times. Let CCCS know to stop paying Wescot. CCCS will collect the money that should have gone to them. When the new company contacts you, pass those details onto CCCS who will send them the money collated so far and then set up the correct payments. This can take up to 3 months. All money that went to Wescot by mistake will be transferred over to the new company.

Hi thank you for your advice, It's been passed back to Arrow Global so Wescot have said, so just sit and wait, I was just worried that I would get more grief for not paying them. But CCCS have said the same as you
