Suggestions for mum's 70th birthday?

It's my mums 70's birthday in a couple of weeks and I've no idea what to buy for such a momentous occasion!
She's got everything she needs, doesn't wear make-up. Doesn't like spa, hairdresser, pampering type days out presents. Doesn't like gardening.
But does love her doggies, likes sewing and 50's fashion, Elvis and rock n roll,
I'm stumped
I want to get something special this time. And have about £30 budget.
She said "aw don't make a fuss" but isn't that what mum's always say? LOL!
