It seems that you need to recommeded via one of the DMP charities, although I only had a quick scan of the pages.
I can't see any details of charges - if it isn't free, then it is up to you to decide if it is worth it. You appear to already be doing everything it offers - what do you need help with?Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps....
