despite the company saying it's all legal?

If you were committing fraud wouldnt you say it was legal to those you are trying to scam?

With all the media coverage saying these are unlawful, with the High Court ruling them illegal in a case last year and the HMRC saying they will come after people doing it, why would you choose to believe the scammer?
