Bingo sites

Are bingo sites worth joining to earn a bit more money? Or is it al just a ploy?
How often do people win on bingo sites? How much do they win?

If any, what are the best bingo sites to join?

It is just a ploy. You can win but it's just luck. On a good site about 75% of the stakes are returned to player but generally with bonuses you need to spend at least 4 times whatever you have deposited plus the bonus so it becomes impossible to make a profit. i.e Deposit £50 get £100 bonus then spend £600 and then you can withdraw your winnings if you are lucky.

The best bingo sites to join in my opinon and have a play are Tombola where if you spend £2 of real money per week you get access to a free game, if you have bonus you have to spend £4 per week of which £2 is real money and £2 is bonus you then get to play Happy Families the following week it's a free game in which you flip a few cards each day and possibly win a little. If you have no bonus money it's not worth playing. They give regular deposit bonuses so you should have some bonus most of the time. At £2 a week it can take a very long time to be able to withdraw your winnings as to make the optimum profit you have to deposit £25 to get £75 to play with which gives you 75 weeks of play assuming you do win cash a few times (£50) during the year.

Also Sun Bingo, spend £2 per week (a monday is best-don't play the £2 any other day) on bingo or games (whack a moley for 10p a game 20 times or poochie racers for speed) and then play the free game Mystic Meg every day. Miss a day and you will not be in profit.

And finally JackpotJoy, spend £2 a week (deal or no deal and deal every time - minimum win is £1 if the big prize money box is taken out and usually the first deal is around £2 so you get your money back) and play a free daily game in which you can win small amounts. Again miss a day and you will not be in profit. Generally I come out ahead by about £1 a week per site.

I also play Takeabreak bingo in which you play a 1p bingo game every 100 days and get a free scratchcard every day. The winnings from the scratch card is bonus money and any money spent comes from cash first so you should spend 100 days accruing bonus then play it all at once by advance purchasing tickets.

:p Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) :p Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. :p

I have done the round of the bingo sites taking advantage of the deposit bonus offers. I did come out of it £300 in profit, but I still wouldn't recommend it to most people for various reasons.

    1) You only have to look at the chat rooms on the bingo sites to see that people lose a LOT of money and get addicted. I saw some quite worrying messages in the chat rooms.

    2) You do lose more than you win. My £300 profit came courtesy of a couple of big wins, but on a couple of sites I started with £30 (my initial deposit plus the bonus) and did not win a penny.

If you don't have an addictive personality and learn the best way to play the sites, like HappyMJ suggests, it can be worth a go. But, really, you have to view it as a hobby that you do to pass time and where a win will be a bonus.
