Apex Credit Management (LLoyds TSB) Standing Order Help

Hi all,

I have sent a financial statement and letter offering a token monthly payment to Apex Credit Management who are acting on behalf of Lloyds TSB.

However, I has been a month now and I have had no reply. I have been advised by NDL to set up the payment anyway and write again.

The problem is I do not have the bank details to set up a standing order to Apex Credit Management.

Does anyone have these details?

Thank you in advance.

(my apologies, as I have put 2 other similar posts up but asking for different company details)

  • Thank you for your help. Unfortunately the web site you have linked does not give the bank details. I checked it out last night
  • Have you phoned them and asked them for the bank details?

I would suggest that you phone them but don't get in to a conversation about the debt. If they try to discuss the debt then tell them that you have written to them. Just ask for their sortcode and account number (and your account reference if you don't already have it). They may tell you that you can set up a direct debit or make a card payment on their website but just tell them that you would prefer to set up a standing order. I am sure they will give you the details if you persist. At the end of the day, they want the money.

In fact, if you already have your account reference, you could just ask for the sortcode and account number as a general enquiry without identifying yourself. Worth a try.
  • thanks Dolphin1, I doubt they will as they intentionally have not put this on their website. However I am going to follow your advice and report back after I have spoken to them.
