I have an approx 4kg Boned Rolled Shoulder of Lamb in one of those string vests. I had planned to cook it in the slow cooker ala keftiko style. Do you think that would work or is it to big. Intended to put it on in the morning and let it cook for about 8 - 9 hours. I planned to put it on a bed of new potatoes, carrots, onions and Red Peppers. Doused with some lemon and wine, garlic etc. Just slightly concerned that it might be to big your thoughts please. I have the 6 litre Russel Hobbs and was considering cooking it on high.
Thanks
