Daughters 3rd Birthday Party Ideas

Anyone got any ideas or thoughts for a child's 3rd birthday party?

Any entertainers/places/bouncy castle websites in Liverpool that can be recommended? :o

When my daughter left nusery (just after her 4th bday) we had a little leaving party/ play date with 15 of her friends from nursery. We had aprincess and knights theme and for entertainment I brought some digestive biscuits, icing and loads of cheap cake decorations (eg silver balls, small sweets, hundreds and thousands). I had a little table in the middle of the room and set it up for them to do. When they had finished I gave them all some small plasticine modelling packs (managed to get these from the school fayre a month before for about 20p each) and then they all sat and made a model each. I didnt do party bags as such - I just put both of their creations (biscuits and model) in the bag and gave each little girl a tiana and wand each (from 99p comes in pack of 4- also seen them in tesco). I gave the boys their creations and a couple of small knights on horses figures (again 99p - 4 in a pck also I believe).

Very simple but the activirties seemed to work really well with their age group and all the parents gave comments about how impressed they were with the activities and how different they were to normal 'party' games.

This is the little model packs I had. Abit expensive here but Im sure if you look around you can find them cheaper or even just buy a few packs of plasticine packs from your local £shop and put them on the table instead.
