I currently work for a agency permanent and full time and need to know is it still possible to get a mortgage whilst working with an agency?

It is possible, obviously a bit harder.
You will need to supply a bit more information though, do you actually work for "Adecco" or similar - when you say perm and full time.
If you would directly for the agency then fine, if they sub you out and pay you and the firm pays them then this is a different ball game.
Bigger deposit will also help...I am a Mortgage Broker

A couple of lenders can take temps subject to your terms and length of employment. Managed to get a 90% case away like this recently.0
