    Just been looking at the form and it needs to be filled out by a solicitor I think, grr, that means more money!

    No solicitor needed to actually do the form.

    Valid service on the debtor is more the problem.

    I became BR the day I applied for it. But I didn't appear on the register for a further 16 days, it seems there is a delay before it gets placed on to the system.
