Can't find gammon hock recipe!

I read a recipe on here last week, someone's mum did a hock in the slow cooker (overnight????).
Was so inspired by it I bought a hock but now can't find recipe!!! Have searched on index with no luck so maybe it was just on main board. Can anyone help please?
