I have just found this idea through Pinterest which looks quite good.
Hopefully it will be of use to other members who perhaps end up left over tortillas.

How bizarre - I had never seen this but did exactly the same last week with some corn tortillas cos I couldn't be bother to go buy tacos. I sprayed with oil first the drapeed over the bars and blasted in hot oven - not a crispy as regualr nachos but I reckon better as they didn;t break on first bite!People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.
