So far ive found the chelsea just wondering if anyone else does this that people are aware of. Have 30% deposit if that helps.

mobile is sim only, rolling contract on broadband, makes for an easy life when you want to fly off somewhere for a month.

Before you call up, consider the following:
Most flexible lenders only go to 5 * income as max.

rather than give them a call, why not contact a broker, who will see if you have a good case, if you go direct, chances are they will just credit chck and decline you, leaving footprints, a good broker will only do this if they think it will go anywhere.I am a mortgage adviser.You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
