Just back from an impromptu swim. Apart from in Greece I haven't been swimming for years. I managed 12 lengths which is good for me. Hoping on an improvement next time. But next time I WILL remember my comb and swim plugs! There is far too much water in my ears and me no likey. And i had to walk back with the worst looking hair. EVER!
