Thanks so much, JJ! Made it this afternoon and it was lovely, very indulgent indeed.
I think I put too much Baileys in the cream though- it wouldn't whip up properly. Rescued it by mixing in some value butterscotch Angel's Delight type pudding mix and it worked fine. Filed in my recipes folder for future use now

Thankfully they will keep him pain free but my heart goes out to 3dogs herself as it is a terrible, terrible time.
