    going on the premise that everybody remembers their first time:)

    what was your firtst glitch/bargain after joining the site, mine was the jelly/custard /rice pudding glitch;)
    i remember it had been posted on the site for over a week before i was brave enough to try it. bought 3 jellies to try it out and then went back and bought 15 mixed. was shaking so much at self serve but what a feeling when i got home safely with my stash, kids thought i had gone mad as they were sat on display on the coffee table all night so i could look at them.
    went back and got 15 more the next day as well it was unbelievable:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    been really dire on the glitch and coupon front recently, and i think it makes us all a bit tense but i'm sure there's a mega-glitch just around the corner:rotfl:

    First ever glitch was when ASOS had a code giving £10 off an £11 spend.

    First Tesco glitch/bargain I got were the 1p items. I remember it was September-ish 2010 and it was in ML's weekly newsletter. Couldn't find any at that time. Things quietened down though by the end of January 2011 and I hit quite a few Tescos in Manchester. Bought mayonnaise, pickled shallots, bird's rum sauce, paxo stuffing, dr oetker cupcake mixes, dr oetker gingerbread kit, cranberry sauce.

  • Oooh, my first 4p item was the 'Try by day' jammies :D
    Still wearing them regularly :cool:

    No actually that's a lie! :o

    I bought them for £1 then the next day they went to 4p
    :eek::(:eek:

    I started off my day in such a happy mood, excited about something new I started for everyone at work, to find out my efforts were not taken as well as I'd hoped!:(

    Makes me think, why do I get out of my way to make things easier and better for people when they are going to talk about me behind my back!:(:mad::(

    sorry, just felt like letting off some steam...
