I was the same, criticising the films because they were not true to the books. Never feel afraid of reading a book before watching the film. The book is the "proper" original version. I wish they had never made the Lord of The Rings films because I think the only people who should know the story and the characters are those who actually tok the time to read it. Watching it on screen is the cheat's version.
i love reading, constantly looking for something to read so will just keep on complaining about the films:). i've never actually read the lord of the rings books even though my husband as them as well as hobbit.
i was starting to feel annoyed about revising for my exams last month as it meant i had to read my text books instead of my current stack of unread books:o0 -

Glad they are closing the roof and Murray is getting a break, think he's needing it. Hopefully he'll get his head out his [STRIKE]ar[/STRIKE] bottom and get going againEnterprise_1701C wrote: »Everybody talking about going to the cinema earlier, I shall now be very annoying. My DD works for Vue - we get to go free! In fact we had the shock of our lives when she told us how much tickets were! Last film we went to see was We Will Rock You, hoping to see Ice Age if we get chance:rotfl::rotfl:
Can't get into Harry Potter, I love Sci Fi and Fantasy but there are limits!
I must admit I would like to go see the new Ice Age film as well, those are a few of the films I like...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

I failed on 2 aspects:
1. Assessing the freshness of fish on the fish counter.
2. The 'how to deal with a customer with a wad of coupons' module.:rotfl::(
