I buy loads of raspberries when I see them reduced and just bung 'em straight into the freezer still in their trays.
Raspberries are one of the best fruits for freezing, unlike strawberries which go really mushy and watery.

Had a really carp dayDS has completely pushed me to the limit today and I know it's because he is not well but jeez louise, I have had to have the patience of a saint. I've had numerous little cries and felt sorry for myself and so have missed 20 odd pages ( I always read back and catch up but don't have the energy tonight so Happy, can i borrow your skipping rope please?!).
My problems are not problems in comparison so I don't mean to be insensitive to anyone. I'm going to pull my socks up and open a ben &jerrys (big breath in, then a big breath out to get rid of the utter carpness of the day):o
I did see that Flo Flo had the funeral today, i really hope it went as well as can be.. i really feel for you.
Sending you hugs. Hope DS is on the mend soon and you get some me time.N1LDA0 -

Thank you all so much for the quick replies! I guess I'll be needing a new freezer if we're freezing by the punnet lol I was thinking they could be good for making milkshakes or maybe putting in with some ice cream for desserts.
They will be ideal for milkshakes, if I was using them to give to kids with ice cream I'd make them into a "sauce" ~ Take a handful of raspberries add a teaspoon of icing sugar warm thru in the microwave and push thru a sieve to remove the pips0 -
Been for a whoopsie, Asda nothing but I did two apg in as I got that many I won't be able keep up, I just buy the things that will keep. I wombled few reciepts, the place was messy, good for me.
