Just read back and thank you everyone for making me feel a bit better. You are all :A everyone one of you.

Dropped DD2 into town and on the way back passed a chippy so you can guess what comfort food I have resorted to. Got a battered sausage too all very MSE, a lunchtime special for £1.10. Few of the chips a bit ropey but rest has gone down a treat.

I nearly always have chips at lunch time when I go home to my hometown during the day.(every few months ) and sit on the wall outside.
