Just called to them and been told they will update my account status. They also said they are not dealing/sharing their information with Call Credit/Noddle and that's can be why they put on wrong account status. They said change of status will take 48-72h and call back to them in week time if status will no change in my files. What do you think guys, are they gonna sort it all out or am i need to call them few more times?0

For sure it will take a little while to filter down to your credit file so leaving it a week seems acceptable to me.
Unless you are frantically trying to obtain further credit right now, there seems no point in getting in a pickle about it.0 -
It appears you have had exactly the response you were hoping for.

I'm happy with their response, but don't know how long should I wait before obtaining new statuory credit report. Should I wait for 2 weeks or better a month before applying for one? I want to be sure changes are already done.0 -
Whilst I may have had a degree of sympathy at first with the OP this was suddenly lost completely once they resorted to using the c word.
It seems that this type of offensive language is being seen more and more on this forum and in my opinion (may not count a lot to some people) is completely uncalled for.
I hope you get your credit report sorted but trust when you spoke to the credit agency you were more mindful with the manner in which you addressed them.0 -

I addressed this word to finance company who left this note on my files, not to the credit agencies as that's no their fault.0 -
To be honest I'm not overly bothered who you addressed it to, I'm objecting to the use of the word and the necessity to use it at all to anyone.
Your response does not excuse the usage of words like that on a public forum.
