I have received a letter from IDEM Servicing. I had an secured loan from Picture Loans that has been brought by IDEM. They are agressive on the phone. So i have now started to apply my self to dealing with them. My loan was a joint one with my now ex wife for £57,000 in June 2005. Idem want £73,501.87. Saying £14,000 is PPI the rest is charges of them buying the debt in December 2011. Our house was repossed with £38,000 of negative equity I have set up a DMP with CCCS and have been paying this for over 3.1/2 years and had a debt free date of July 2018 until this bombshell. Any advice or help will be greatly accepted.

Do you mean secured loan rather than unsecured? i.e. it was guaranteed against the house? That's a lot of money for an unsecured loan if not.
When did you last acknowledge the debt in writing or make a payment?
Did you need the PPI, can you reclaim it?
Any extra info will better help people advise.
