Practical test : typing out minutes from meetings, correcting a letter for spelling and grammar were a couple of things our school did0

Writing sums in excel? Sorting data? Producing a graph?
Depends what you'll be doing.0 -
Give them a ring and ask. It'll give you a chance to have a natter with someone who works there, and maybe make you stick out in their minds when it comes to interview.Emergency savings: £0 saved / £4000 target0

As above it depends on what you would be expected to do in the job. I expect wantnomoneyworries and Alybea are close to the mark as letters to parents, data entry etc have to be spot on as I find they aren't well proof read by heads/teachers etc as they are busy! But it's nothing to worry about, they aren't trying to trip you up. House*Fairy is right. Give them a ring and ask. Good luck and well done on the interview. That's no mean feat in itself!
;) Better to say nothing and look a fool than to speak and remove all doubt
