Pastdue Credit Solutions have been sold a debt I'm pretty sure wasn't a debt.

Hi everyone!
Over the weekend, I received a letter from these people claiming that I owe £75.25 for a BT bill at an address I haven't lived at for about 5 years now. I'm sure I had all accounts with BT settled when I left the address - in fact, BT had tried to over-charge me by somewhere in the region of £300 for leaving their service (long story short - I was not told that by signing up for the freeview package with them, I was also agreeing to be re-signed up for an 18 month contract on my broadband - which had just coincidentally expired). When I complained about the mis-sale, BT wrote off the £300, and sent me a cheque for £65 by way of an apology. So, I was aware of no problems there.
This letter saying that a debt apparently in my name has been sold off has come as something of a surprise.
I have found a previous thread that references these people here, and it seems that phoning them is a pretty bad idea. The letter claims I have until the 28th June to pay up. Now, I can afford the money - but I'm very sure that I owe nothing at this point, so this is more a principle of the thing. I saw a letter in this forum a while ago to send to these agencies in this kind of scenario, but I think I'm using the incorrect search terms. Is there anyone around who could give me a bit of advice with this?
Thanks!
