Successful police prosecution for PDL scam?

when you take your first loan with Txtloan you can only take £100. you repay £117 15days later.

Once you loan once generally you can borrow more. £17interest for every £100 borrowed.

I would contact the bank again advising you dispute this. Adv them they have to prove this is your transaction. If they said this transaction has happened before ask what date.

These PDLs say the debit card muist be linked to the same bank account. So ask the bank to show their has been a credit of £100 to the account, this should be 15days prior o the debit.

If still no joy complain to the FOS.

Under no circumstance do you tell the bank you gave the card to your wife or anyone else, as they will deem you to be responsible.


There was a recent one on the cards board whereby a fella left his card behind the bar to pay a tab. next day 2 foreign transactions appeared for over £300 i believe. he was honest and told the bank eeeeeekkkk bad mistake. they instantly discmissed his claim.

Also in terms of a police prosecution it WILL NEVER happen.

Fraud is so common, if all cases were investigated there would be coppers available for other duty. The banks report fraud as crime, but nothing is followed up.

The only cases of fraud that are investigated are the BIG cases.
