Short Term Finance
Hello
I am in a awkward situation and i wondered if anybody knew any tips. I have secured investment for my business for £150,000, i am a new business and unfortunately i have a poor credit rating, and i do not own a property, i rent. I ideally need to raise £25,000 by Friday 23rd to purchase equipment, i risk losing a fair few thousand on my initial quotations as the offer ran out 10 days ago but i have managed to delay until next Friday. As stated i have secured £150,000 investment, i have the paperwork, etc but due to my business bank account i cannot secure a funding advance of them and a loan is not an option. Does anybody know of anywhere that would advance £25,000 against my investment for 7-10 days ? My dad (who owns his house) will use the home as security, ie- a bridging loan but looking into these they all appear to be brokers, and take a few weeks, it does not appear straight forward. I would rather not have to ask my dad anyway, this is my venture and i do not want to burden family or friends. I basically need something within the next 5 days, Has anybody got any advice ? Thanks !!!
