Any other options other than Scottish Widows for Offset Mortgages in our situation.
Looking ideally fo r90% LTV or 85% on property approx £250 - 300K
Mid 20s couple, I am employee earning 50K other half is self employed dentist earning 70K but only 1 years accounts as newly qualified.
Yorkshire and Chelsea will only lend absolute minimum of 2 years accounts. Seems crazy they wont lend to a dentist.
Any suggestions

Scot Widows sounds ideal to be to be frank. Dentists aren't infalible and I've known them fail, so I don't think those lenders are being crazy.
Good luck.0
