Tesco policy - A query - Now a good saving on Tesco - Flash Autodry

I noticed something today in my local Tesco store, which I had seen for sale in a shop less than half a mile away for less than half the price.
Anyone know off the top of their heads what Tesco's policy is on 'and if you find it cheaper' queries, as if it is double the difference I could be on to something here.

Only if you have a leaflet/advert for the product and they sell the identical thing - they will then pricematch but nothing extra

I watched a person pick up in Tescos today a Flash Autodry car cleaning kit - really good if a) you dont like car washing b) you only have time to clean the car in the blazing sun and c) if you live in a hard water area. (its not 100% but a fair job for a runaround car) - In Tescos selling at the RRp of £19.98 - refill shampoos at £3.98 and the Water filters for £4.98
Instore and Poundland currently have these for £6.00, £1.xx and £1.99 respectively.
