Hi all,
Need a bit of help regarding Advantis credit, I received a letter from them first off saying I owed money to 3 mobile blah blah. I asked for proof of debt and credit agreement, they replied saying the account was on hold blah blah, I then sent them another letter saying they had 28 days, this is there reply.
"we note that you do not acknowledge a debt to Lowell group. We can confirm that the original creditors for the outstanding balance of £761.23 are 3 mobile ref number 927*******. The mobile phone contract was taken out on 29/04/2006 on tariff talk and text for the number 07************. The airtime for this debt is £91.02. The disconnection date for the phone was 06/11/2006 with early termination fee of £670.21.
Please be advised that we are unable to request a contract from our client! However we can confirm that we have requested a statement for your account."
Now as far as I am aware if they cannot provide a contract how can they prove this debt is mine in the first place.
What should I do next please help
Thanks
