Wanted pizza express claim your summer code

Hi,

If anyone still has a spare code I would be grateful.

I put mine in for the RSPB pass but it didn't work and now won't let me re-enter the code I had as it has been used!

I don't know what went wrong or how to solve it so would love it if someone had a spare code so I can do it again.
