I too have never had a big bang moment, more of a flicker here and there. I think you have to sometimes find something that motivates you to do something if not.
For me it was joining the pay one debt off this year challenge - as the others seemed out of my league - no way to pay it all off by xmas etc....
And i have now seen 1 debt gone and am on target to clear at least 2 more - they are not the highest apr but the most achieveable for me and one is a 5% min payment so clearing this will release me more for paying the other debts, or an odd spend
I am obsessively tracking the payments i make - updating spreadsheets and my signature but this is keeping me going seeing it all come down and feeling good about it.
Just keep going and i am sure you will find some way of keeping you on track.Updating .................................................
