Hi
Does anyone know where I can get cashback for using one lender instead of another? There must be someone out there offering some incentive for me to use them as against another lender.

Some lenders offer cashback but you need to look at the bigger picture. Is the cashback to soften a higher rate? Is the valuation fee higher than other lenders? Is the arrangement fee high?
To be honest there are no lenders desperate to take customers on let alone pay them to do so.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
