Have a morgage with Iintelligent finance we was on a variable rate so we are in the process of switching to fixed rate.The solisiter have done there bit now and they said they are waiting for intelligent finance to switch morgage products and give them a completion date.My payments normally come out on 29 of every month they said it will defiantly complete by 29 so i want to know will my first payment be due on the 29 of this month or will they give me a month free and be 29 of next month.It has had to go to solisters ect i questied this because of the morgage product can not remember what they said now but next time i want to switch morgage products they will just do it over the phone just in case anybody is wondering .
