Hi all Its been 1 whole (very quick year) and today is my aniversary for when we did the deed.
When will my name drop off I have check this morning but im still on the reg will this happen tomorrow?
Am I free to do ad I wish now and just worry about my IPA untill that is finnished?
What do I do and were do I go am I really free??:j

You stay on the Insolvency Service online register for 3 months after your discharge, and then it is removed.
Until that, if you click on your surname in blue in the search results, you will see that your status says "discharged on x/y/z date".Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Free? In most practical senses you could say so.
If the OR/trustee ever has issues/queries regarding your former estate, then you are still obliged to cooperate with them. If you suddenly find out about an asset that you became entitled to before you were discharged, then you should still declare it to them.
And of course the IPA.
