Need some cheap gift ideas for my sister in law.

She is moving into a new home with her hubby & their 3 kids.

Looking for something which is good but cheap :)

What about a nice homecooked meal for the first night in their new home, as they probably won't want to/be able to cook.

How about a nice biscuit tin filled with home made or bought biscuits?

I'm sure the bigger supermarkets would have some, or somewhere like B&M.

They can enjoy the biscuits now and it's useful to have a tin to keep!

Think the home made meal will be a very nice gesture as they probarly wont be up for cooking on their first night (thats if they are organised enough to do so anyway).

You could also put together a little hamper with small useful bits for their house quite cheaply I would say. Maybe you could put small items like a new keyring for their new house keys, a welcome home sign, paintbrushes - cant think of much else but Im sure you get the drift.
