Hello
could anybody help us?
we were made BR on 26/10/11 but unfortunatley our house got burgled last week.
they ransacked the house taking loads and damaging the property. we are having to make an insurance claim.
my question is will we have to give the insurance pay out to the BR or can we replace/fix the items that were damaged or taken?

Hi zerwoo and Welcome to the BR board. I am sorry to hear you've been burgled
As far as I'm aware you can keep the insurance payout. Only once on here have I read of this happening and they could replace/mend the damage. Hopefully another poster can confirm this too.
