    No they don't I STR many years ago! It is a close family member though who is it seems clueless and was led down this road by a developer

    This awful assumption of yours is so arrogant btw and probably stops many people asking questions. I have my money in NS and I and would never have a mortgage again I worked for years to rid myself of that and am just waiting now for prices to fall so that I can find a home to accommodate my health issues.Best not to judge someone by a few lines on an internet forum eh?
