loan application information incorrect

Options
Hi we have recently done an iva with our creditors and going through the documentation noticed that on our loan application they have input our mortgage amount incorrectly, instead of £180,000 they have put £18,000. I was wondering had they input the correct amount we may have never been given the loan and therefore does this make it a missold loan? Do I have any rights to dispute this on this basis?

you mistook the loan, can the bank be compensated?
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
