I placed a few orders yesterday afternoon and they're not showing as despatched yet, just order placed. Starting to worry they won't be fulfilled.

My order has been delivered & collected. Delighted with it all.
Tried to get more, but the glitch has been fixed.
Leaflet enclosed with the order says that they are offering 10% off all schoolwear when you spend £15 or more online, plus free delivery to your local store.

I got the email with the 10% off code a couple of weeks ago, ends Saturday 30th June.

It should work on socks and footwear.

I'm quite glad now I didn't order everything I wanted when I got the email.:D

I placed 6 orders. 3, 2 days apart. The first 3 are showing as fully despatched and i've had emails to confirm they are ready to be collected, but the other 3 are still showing as placed. Does this mean they might cancel them?

I picked mine up today but I'm gutted as the skirt is huge! I bought 5-6 for my 5.5 year old and she asked me if it was for high school it was that big lol

Anyone managed to swap stuff without having to pay the difference?
