How do I use Abido spices?

I bought (or got my foreign student lodger to) several large packets of spices - 7 Mixed Spices, Kabesh Spices and Biryani Spices.
The only problem is I have no idea how much to use when cooking! I've looked on their website but that's not any help.
I'm wary of ruining a meal and having to chuck it away!
Does anyone else use them ??

Generally 1-2 tablespoons of spice blend per dish is the rule of thumb with these things. I don't use this particular brand but I use other brands of spice blend and I am so used to it now that I don't even measure anymore xx0
