Got an email about this morning about this - I'm a little dubious though - has anyone had any experience of them or any thoughts?

After reading this small print on their page thought it better to warn you!

How can I receive my welcome gift?
As the welcome gift is part of a promotional offer, the shipping is conditioned by the reception of the payment for the given promotional offer. To receive your welcome gift, please send our customer service department a proof of residence with a valid postal address (water, electricity, telephone or internet bill from within the last 3 months), either by e-mail to the following address: [EMAIL="info@vipocean.co.uk"]info@vipocean.co.uk[/EMAIL], or by fax to the following number: 0034 952 573 962.

Promotional offers are limited to one per person and household. Please note that you are only entitled to receive your welcome gift if your subscription is still active by the time your gift is shipped.

How much does the service cost?
VIPocean's subscriptions do not require any commitment period. If you do not want to continue with the subscription after the trial period, you just have to cancel it and you will only have paid £1. Otherwise <b>your subscription will be automatically renewed (monthly) at a price of £34.95<b> until the following expiry date unless you decide to cancel your subscription. Please remember to cancel your subscription before the expiry date if you do not wish to pay more than £1.


How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel a subscription on VIPocean is both easy and fast.
The fastest way to cancel your subscription is to click on the customer support link (which can be found at the bottom of every page of the website) and then select "Cancel my subscription to the VIP Lounge". You will instantly receive an e-mail to confirm the cancellation. Once you receive the confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled, no further payment will be required.

Money-back policy?

VIPocean's intention is to satisfy all its customers and is therefore offering a "30 days money-back" policy in the event that any customer should not be satisfied. All paying customers may exercise their right to this policy. VIPocean will refund any customer requesting so within 30 days of payment. If the customer received a welcome gift in additional to his/her subscription, he/she will need to send back the gift in an immaculate condition prior to receiving a refund.

Personal information given out. You only get your free gift if your subscription is still active when the gift is sent. What if it takes a few months for them to send it (at £34.95 per month)?

What service do you actually get? What if they do not accept a cancellation promptly?

I would give it a wide berth. They want your money!
