skype call quality

Over the last few weeks skype call quality seems a bit poor, I'm not sure if its the internet speed or something else.
The online radio works fine, web page download speed is good, but when in a call speech from the other end keeps fading in and out. My voice is clear at that end, no worries. I tried the skype test/echo call and also OK.
Anyone suggest what may be the problem?

Go to the Skype forums and post your Q,"Imagination is more Important than knowledge"0

It could be a bandwidth issue but it could also quite easily be a software/vendor related issue too.
If you are happy that your Bandwidth is fine, then chances are the software might be buggy and it might be worth your while in asking other members of the Skype community if they are experiencing similar problems.0 -
