Choice FM newsletter mystery

Hi guys,
I enter the Choice FM comps through here and I'm sure I always untick the subscription boxes.
Recieved a newsletter today from them and when I went to to look for the "unsubscribe" link, It said the following:-
I haven't won anything that I know of from ChoiceFM. Is this something they state for all competition entrants?? I'm confused??

That seems strange? I would email them and ask just incase I had won something that hadn't arrived....
