Income payments during bankruptcy, any advice?

Hello everyone,
I am just looking for a bit of advice; I have been bankrupt sinceNovember 2011 after 2 x debts one to Barclays and one to hbos. I was unemployedat the time and have been until last month. I have however got a job I startedlast month and have informed the official receiver.
I was sent a form to fill out showing essential expenditurewhich only had a couple of boxes for rent, bills, clothing and travel with oneother very small box which said other essentials. I thought it was best to be totally honest and fill it out as only with their provided essentials and nothing else. I did this which totalled £770 for all bills rent ect and I added food in the essentials. I sent this off and they sent me an agreement saying I have to pay £90 a month from now on.
Thr only problem is my after tax salary is £860, so after mytravel to and from work, food (I’m eating own brand noodles as it is) work clothes and bills I now have £0. I don’t want to complain as its my fault I’m in this situations but it works out im now slightly worse off than on JSA. Can any one offer any advice as I now cant get a haircut or get a bus anywhere outside ofwork travel!
Thank you in advance.

Don't sign it, you have clearly sold yourself short. I'm going off now for tonight, but others will guide you as to what is reasonable expenditure - like Tigerfeet - I imagine you will end up paying nothing.tomconfused wrote: »Hi no I haven't signed it, I only got it today and am totally shocked.
