tesco clubcard vouchers end of rollover service

i don't spend a lot in tesco and so don't get many points maybe £5 a quarter so i end up not spending them within the 2 years. i normally roll them over on to my next statement using the clubcard call centre. i did this recently and was told that this service is ending soon and unspent vouchers will be lost. i asked if the rolling over might move to d i y online and was told no. it's use it or lose it. so if you've any unredeemed vouchers phone up and roll them over asap.

I'm really confused!

I have about 2 years worth of usused vouchers because I wait to see if any decent offers come up on the double-up scheme. I don't ask them to be rolled-over, they are sent to me and I just don't use them.

I've never had to call them to ask them to not cancel my vouchers as they all have fairly decent expiry dates. I'm unsure what your saying but its sounding like they wont be having such long expiry dates now and wont be able to used for the next month- is this right? (Please tell me I've got it wrong as this would be very bad news for most of us not to mention making most of the schemes they offer pretty useless).

I have taken to putting my nearly expired clubcard vouchers (2 years old) in for virgin frequent flyer miles, but keep hold of the rest in case there is something else I want. Might be an idea for someone.

Thats a nuisance but hopefully you can still buy a "deal" and then return the deal in which case the points will be credited back to your account. You'll have to pay postage but a least you can save the points!
