Give away your old stuff instead of taking it the tip and receive free stuff from others. I have been a member for a few months and i have recieved and given away loads of stuff. Just recently i got a lovely baby walker in brill condition for my daughter.

Thanks, there are a few threads about it around but I think they may be in the ethical & green section or the old style section - the search isn't showing them up for some reason

When I want to get rid of my stuff like furniture etc I always called Community Transport. They come and collect. Old cabinets, cot etc, all gone.
Rather give it to someone who can use it instead of the tip!

But your site sounds good though, useful way to reuse I suppose
