What to do with a load of meat?

Had to place an order for my boss for an online meat order. Due to website issues and repeated unsuccessful attempts to pay, ended up phoning to make the payment, delivery due yesterday. Imagine the look on my face when delivery arrived for every single order:eek:

Phoned them up and they were unbelievably helpful, their main concern was organising refund and then collection of extra orders which duly happened a couple of hours later. But then late yesterday afternoon another one arrived - for some reason one order was being delivered by a different carrier. Have just spoken to them and have been told that the refund has been made and in the circumstances we can keep the order, which was extremely good of them.

Anyway, boss not got any room left in his freezer, so admin girl & I get to keep this order. The meat is in a polystyrene box and was frozen, if it still is, not a problem. However, if it has defrosted, any suggestions on cooking, steaks and lots of chicken, which I can then freeze, and it is all good quality meat?
